The Rock's Workout & Eating Regime Poster - Fanart
I always thought The Rock worked out super hard to get the physique he proudly possess but when you really start looking into it and finding out what he gets up to it boggles my mind! The sheer volume of work he puts in at his Iron Paradise home gym is immense and when combined with such little sleep he really is a miracle of mankind. Even the amount of food he consumes is staggering when bulking up for a movie role that demands it.
When researching the details for this poster I decided to give his back workout a try out just to see what it felt like and if gains could be had this way. Not only could I not complete it but was so exhausted at the end I had to have an hour nap!
